Chronic hunger is more than a lack of food. It has never had one cause, and therefore no solution. That is why we are not only tackling the lack of food, but at the same time working on several themes: food and income to female leadership, good local governance and access to basic services.

The Hunger Project Netherlands was founded more than 45 years ago. Since then, The Hunger Project has invented itself over and over again to meet all the challenges on its way to a world without hunger. Always looking for the answer to that one question: what could make the difference to a world without hunger?
